The client, Cona Lightings and Switches, a tech-forward company, entrusted Tushar Mistry Design Studio with crafting an office space heavily steeped in automation. Their unwavering belief in the design team’s vision and active participation in every detail fuelled the creation of a remarkable workspace. The Osum project embodies a fluid, modern, minimalist aesthetic, accentuated by a monochromatic palette with strategic pops of red. Employing an abundance of shapes and curves, the studio meticulously crafted a space that exudes sophistication and trendiness.
Utilizing Corian solid surfaces extensively, impeccable finishes were achieved throughout the space – from intricately CNC-designed walls and integrated Corian accessories, every element seamlessly blends functionality with elegance. Technological integration was paramount and is evident in motion-sensor lighting, music, and access-controlled cabinets, fostering a seamless, clutter-free environment. Even flooring solutions were meticulously curated to complement the overarching design theme.
The meticulous design of the Managing Director’s cabin is one of the most striking areas of this office, where the vision of a simple yet elegant ceiling posed a significant challenge. Through innovative thinking and experimentation, the desired aesthetic was achieved using a humble white cotton rope, meticulously treated to exude sophistication.
