Text description by the designers,

Luxury appears flawless when you achieve the right balance between all elements. For a house to be successful, its components must communicate with, respond to, and balance one another. The vision behind this 3800 sq. ft area bungalow is that it should be a user-friendly and innovative design. The house is an amalgamation of modern and vintage elements that sets it apart and offers a stylish and lavish aesthetic.

DRAWING ROOM

The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the brick wall that draws the visitors’ focus and the exquisite furniture that blends with the rest of the room. Chairs are uniquely the best design expression; the single-seater sofas and the floor lamp are excellent vintage elements in the otherwise modern space.

ENTRANCE AND STAIRCASE

The grand entrance to the ground floor leads one to the double-height vestibule. The main door is beautifully carved with a half-sun pattern. The marriage of modern elements like customised hanging lights and traditional details like wall carvings and plates can be seen at the entrance. Like jigsaw puzzles, good quality flooring is the final piece that enhances the entire furniture. The onex flooring used accentuates the decor and provides a unique touch of elegance while highlighting all the elements.

Another striking element in the space is this beautifully designed staircase, an outstanding combination of light-toned wood against a white backdrop with carving details. The staircase has both aesthetic and functional purposes, with traditional arches being the aesthetic appeal and the storage space under the stairs serving the practical aspect.

KITCHEN

Kitchens are made for bringing families together. The kitchen has been designed with all the modern amenities and customised lights according to the client’s needs. The is space for everything, and everything is in its place. With a large storage area and adjoining dining area, this kitchen is the home’s heart.

MASTER BEDROOM

In an all-white room, slightly darker and warmer wood paired with a teal colour is a vision creating a stunning contrast. The bedroom has a luxurious vibe with a fresh, versatile and chic appearance which looks like a fantasy.

PARENTS BEDROOM

The distinct colour combination of grey and earthy tones of the room, along with the wooden furniture and the intricate detailing with a pop of colour in the overall design, gives this bedroom area a traditional and contemporary impression.

KIDS BEDROOM

The room is designed keeping the user in mind, making it the best room in the entire house. The bunk beds and the study tables are the jaw-dropping elements of this space. With white walls and blush pink elements in the furniture, one would say the princesses of the house sleep here.

GUEST BEDROOM

The guest room brings a modern development to the design. The shades of blue and grey elements along the white backdrop bring peace to the space. The accent chair makes the entire set-up cosy enough for the user to prop up their leg and get a book.

LIVING ROOM

The home should be the treasure chest of living, and what better than the family room to prove this? The living room is a gathering place for family and friends, where memories are made and seasoned with love. This beautiful space with contemporary furniture creates a sense of peace and calm. The exciting use of vibrant colours to enhance all the segments in this space is visible.
