Designed by IPIPL, The Pulse House unfolds as a refined holiday residence where restraint meets richness in a carefully composed spatial narrative. Conceived as an immersive retreat, the home is anchored in a sophisticated palette of monotones, elevated through subtle accents of green, gold, and blue. The use of a consistent G40 textured finish lends the interiors a quiet depth, allowing the space to shift in character through the day, from soft daylight calm to a more dramatic evening ambience.

The experience begins at the entrance lobby, where warm shades of brown and beige set a welcoming tone. The flooring pattern is not merely decorative but intuitive, gently guiding movement inward. This sense of direction is punctuated by the entrance door, where a radial pattern disrupts the otherwise linear language, creating a moment of visual pause. A bespoke console, designed by IPIPL, seamlessly blends utility with elegance, concealing storage within a clean architectural form.

As one moves further inside, the foyer transitions into a formal living area that acts as a bridge between the entrance and the more relaxed informal living space beyond. The palette deepens here, with browns and greys establishing a grounded, composed atmosphere. A large window draws in natural light and connects the interiors to the outside, while layered wall treatments introduce subtle depth. Gentle offsets around the window and television unit create a sense of articulation without overwhelming the space. Rounded edges soften the otherwise structured geometry, allowing the interiors to feel balanced and inviting. Marble surfaces run consistently through the space, adding a quiet sense of luxury while maintaining visual continuity. A sculptural cut out between the living and dining areas preserves openness while defining zones with subtle clarity.

The dining area flows effortlessly into a more expressive bar space, where green and gold accents come to the forefront. Structural beams are thoughtfully integrated into the design, acting as spatial markers rather than interruptions. The bar features resin crafted furniture paired with a sleek black counter and fine metal detailing, creating a tactile contrast within the overall palette. This language continues into the dining area, where beige upholstered seating is paired with a dark dining surface and highlighted with gold toned geometric accents. A sliding glass partition with a mesh detail separates the dining space from the kitchen, allowing flexibility between openness and privacy. The kitchen itself remains calm and efficient, defined by a refined grey palette and enhanced by generous natural light.

In the private areas, the design shifts towards a more personal expression while maintaining overall cohesion. Each bedroom is defined by its own wallpaper, adding character while staying within a consistent vertical design language. Fluted panels, tailored headboards, and soft textiles reinforce this verticality, creating a gentle rhythm across the spaces. The washrooms continue the material narrative, combining deep black surfaces with gold and green highlights. White marble balances these tones, reflecting light and adding a sense of openness.

Throughout the home, the design is guided by a clear sense of rhythm, layering, and proportion. The Pulse House is not about excess, but about precision. It is a home that reveals itself gradually, where every surface, edge, and transition is thoughtfully considered. The result is a space that feels both indulgent and composed, offering a timeless environment shaped by light, material, and movement.
