Nestled within the dynamic heart of Andheri, Mumbai, amid the industrious pulse of Laxmi Industrial Estate, stands the Aquant Experience Centre — a testament to refined design and immersive storytelling. Envisioned and meticulously crafted by Studio DWD, led by ID Prachi Gholap and ID Yogesh Gholap, this showroom redefines the presentation of sanitary ware and fittings, offering visitors an unparalleled glimpse into Aquant’s extensive and luxurious range.
The project’s inception posed a unique challenge: expanding and transforming an active showroom without disrupting its daily operations or customer interactions. The result? A strikingly expansive space — nearly double in size — designed to not only exhibit the latest in sanitaryware solutions but to elevate the experience for architects, interior designers, and discerning buyers. Achieved in just six months, every aspect of the design was thoughtfully curated, ensuring that each element showcased sanitaryware as more than just a necessity, but as an art form.
Stepping inside, visitors are greeted by a seamless fusion of materiality, texture, and lighting. The façade, clad in Aquant’s signature metallic finishes—gold, rose gold, steel, and graphite grey — pays homage to the brand’s commitment to superior craftsmanship. Inside, a muted concrete finish forms a subtle yet sophisticated backdrop, allowing each product — from sculptural basins to statement WCs and refined fittings — to take centre stage.
More than just an aesthetic triumph, the layout is defined by ergonomic sensibility and intuitive navigation. Each category — white sanitaryware, coloured basins, and chrome fittings — has been meticulously arranged to create a fluid and inspiring journey. At the heart of the showroom lies a live display area, designed as an open invitation to engage — encouraging visitors to see, touch, and experience Aquant’s impeccable craftsmanship firsthand.
