Text description by the architects.
Aria Residence is contemporary elegance, and understated luxury. Nestled in a very busy and central location of Dadar East, the apartment offers exceptional views of the Mumbai skyline.
As you step into Aria Residence, you are greeted by a grand entrance foyer that sets the tone for the entire home. The modern grey marble flooring with Dark veneer panelling tastefully punctuate the space, adding depth and richness to the overall aesthetic.
The living area combines comfort and visual appeal. A seamless integration of textures and tones creates a harmonious atmosphere, while the dark veneer accents infuse an element of refined elegance.
As you venture into the private quarters of Aria Residence, you’ll discover luxurious bedrooms designed for tranquillity and relaxation. The grey flooring continues to envelop the rooms, creating a serene and soothing ambiance.
The guest bedroom on the lower floor is a comfortable and inviting space that makes guests feel welcomed and at home. A soothing and neutral colour palette creates a calming atmosphere. Shades of beige, and ash veneer work well here with the grey floor. The gold accents on the ceiling and bed bring in the luxe factor and elegance.
The master bedroom – located on the lower floor, this room creates a personal sanctuary that reflects the occupant’s style and promotes relaxation. A colour scheme that promotes tranquillity and sets the desired mood. Neutral tones, soft pastels, and cool hues create a soothing atmosphere, while deeper shades of the marble wall cladding behind the bed and the pop of colour in the form of the single seating adds depth and visual interest.
The master bathroom is ensuite and is a seamless design transition between the two spaces. Designed completely in marble finish tiles in a rich colour of maroon, with a free styled mirror providing the fun element in the otherwise serious and mature bathroom.
The staircase is crafted with the utmost attention to detail and featuring the elegance of grey marble. The grey marble steps exude sophistication, with their smooth surface and subtle veining, creating a stunning visual impact as you make your way upwards.
The bottom step extends into a platform and makes space for a large indoor air purifying plant at the entrance. Tinted mirror with gold accents gives the staircase a floating look. Natural light from adjacent windows falls upon the polished surface, illuminating the space and adding depth to the overall design.
The upper living cum family area is a versatile and inviting space designed to accommodate various activities while fostering a sense of togetherness and relaxation. Whether you’re spending quality time with your family, entertaining guests, or simply seeking a comfortable retreat, this area provides the perfect setting. It is designed to be a comfortable and inviting space where you can unwind, read a book, play games, or engage in conversations.
Incorporating pastel green colour with biophilic elements like indoor plants and soft lighting, it creates a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
The other 3 bedrooms on the upper floor lead from this common area.
The upper guest bedroom is designed in different hues of the colour blue. This room digresses a little bit from the rest of the house, where some cheerful and playful elements have been added in the form of the wallpaper behind the bed and the design of the wardrobe which is in blue with white frames.
The ensuite bathroom though is a combination of pastel pink with terrazzo tiles. A big space, it affords the luxury of a large shower area. With the wash basin counter and mirror framed in terrazzo with pastel pink mosaic on the back.
Son bedroom number 2 – a bachelor boy working abroad, this room is seldom used but reflects the personality of the occupant who is a reserved, mature entity. Planned with the future in mind when he gets a partner, the bedroom has ample cupboard space with a full-length dressing mirror. The wardrobe is in a combination of ash veneer and a pastel beige colour. The bed back wall is grand with a high backrest and marble fluting on either side of the back rest. Large windows allow natural light making the room airy and bright through the day.
The ensuite bathroom is a black and white space with interesting white tiles along the walls. Small black tiles in a relief pattern highlight the basin and shower wall, offsetting the white tiles creating a stunning contrast.
Sone bedroom number 1 – The recently married son, this room has a mixed gender influence. A colour wall in the form of the deep maroon bed backrest, the rest of the room shows off neutral tones and material. Grey veneer in a chevron pattern with black circular handles breaks the monotony. A separate area is dedicated to the dresser. with storage space for the paraphernalia that ladies require.
The ensuite bathroom is in blue distressed finish wooden tiles and black marble.
Aria Residence is an embodiment of contemporary luxury living, where every aspect has been thoughtfully curated to create a truly exceptional home. From the exquisite grey flooring to the tasteful dark veneer accents, every detail has been meticulously crafted to provide a refined and unparalleled living experience.
