In an elegant exercise of spatial clarity and purpose, Race Course View by Earthborne by Dezign redefines residential luxury through a quiet, deliberate transformation. What was once a generously proportioned four-bedroom home has been reimagined into a serene three-bedroom residence, tailored for a couple seeking simplicity, sophistication, and enduring functionality. Far from a mere reduction in footprint, this renovation exemplifies the art of purposeful design — where less becomes infinitely more.
Guided by principles of contemporary minimalism and understated elegance, the intervention centers on a recalibrated layout that enhances flexibility and lightness. A former bedroom has been thoughtfully reconfigured into a multipurpose lounge and home office — a fluid, openable space that anchors the plan. Sliding seamlessly between privacy and openness, this room becomes a social connector during gatherings and a contemplative retreat in quieter moments, reinforcing the home’s dynamic adaptability.
