This 4BHK luxury apartment, is located at Lower Parel, Mumbai and offers stunning views of the Mumbai skyline including the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
The apartment is flooded with ample natural light in all of its rooms and huge window openings ensure constant cross ventilation. The apartment also has an en-suite room with attached toilet for their live-in domestic help. The occupants are a well-travelled family of four and their brief was to have an incredibly royal look which was not over-the-top.
The lifts open into a private lift lobby with has a white marble floor with a black inlay pattern. The combination of white, black and grey marble continues inside the apartment forming a smart neutral base for the colour palette. At one end of the lift lobby is a wall panelled with alternating Onyx and veneer panels, while at the other end is a grand double entrance door in metallic PU and delicate gold strips. The entire length of the wall from panel to door is clad in gold metallic PU.
Each room inside the apartment exhibits a different story, while maintaining the continuity of the grey marble floor and gold accents in ceiling, wardrobes and walls panels.
While the living room looks stunning with its large matte gold TV wall which is flanked by back-lit Patagonia marble, the daughter’s room looks crisp with peach ombre on the wardrobes.
The son’s room in stark contrast has panels of Black Marquina marble behind a Tan brown leather bed and the master bedroom has royal blue velvet fluted panels with blue side tables and TV console.
All bathrooms are in myriad colours and textures of marble, to suit the bedroom décor.
Bespoke custom furniture pieces like the center table in Patagonia with matte metallic PU and coffee tables coated in resin art in the living room provide the perfect aesthetic to the apartment.
